Nora Fatehi to face 3 crore defamation case for ‘Lego aeroplane’ comment
The legal route has been initiated for dance icon and actor Nora Fatehi as an aviation company by the name of Dunes Aviation has filed a 3 crore defamation suit against her, allegedly over some remarks made by the actor in relation to a chartered aeroplane on the social media, the details of which are yet to be explicitly confirmed.
As the reports would suggest, Nora had apparently made certain comments referring to the aeroplane by what was expressed as the term “lego aeroplanes”, following which, the aviation company was offended and argued that such remarks led to the defamation of the company and hurt the reputation.
Nora’s position as a famousBollywood celebrity and her mass following has made the current development a major point of discussion, and all her social media appearances or statements can, in essence, reach up to millions of people, which in turn can put forth certain obligations in place on people and companies towards those public remarks. The company, after having approached the court and stated all the alleged facts before them, apparently seeks to compensate through financial damages from the actor. Following this, all other legal implications and follow-ups are said to take place as per the proceedings of law. Nora has been a part of prominent entertainment ventures in the past.
